A lovely place with comfy beds
From the moment we arrived, Tina greeted us warmly and allowed us to check in early. The room was quaintly decorated and immaculate, providing a peaceful escape from the daily hustle.
Unfortunately, the shower had temperature issues, switching from hot to cold unexpectedly, making it a less than enjoyable experience. parking was a bit of a hassle.

Parking was a major issue during our stay as I had to park three streets away. The noise from barking dogs kept me up late at night, creating an uneasy atmosphere. I was disappointed to find no staff were on hand to greet us upon arrival, which made the check-in process feel quite impersonal.

Had a lovely time during our stay! The family room was a hit with our son, especially the London bus bed, which made bedtime fun. Tina, the host, went above and beyond by offering to mail back some forgotten items we left behind. The location was quiet yet conveniently close, making it easy for us to access the main attractions like Blackpool Tower and Coral Island. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip to Blackpool.

super cozy stay!
Tina was a gem, super welcoming when we arrived. The room was spot on, clean with fresh towels and a kettle—loved the biscuits! The only thing was that the communal lounge was closed, which was a bummer. The area is so chill, easy to get to town via tram too. Found a fab cafe down the road for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and the flat-screen TV added a nice touch. Only downside, no smoking policy felt strict.

The double bed was uncomfortably small—my feet dangled off the edge, and the general cleanliness left something to be desired, with dust and dirty mugs around. The location was farther than expected from the main attractions, requiring a drive and paying for expensive parking, while the only window in the room was tiny and didn't help much with ventilation, making things feel rather stuffy.

A lovely stay in a well-decorated and spotless room featuring an extensive bathroom and delightful fluffy towels. The breakfast bag, complete with juice and biscuits, was a nice touch, though a cooked breakfast option would have been welcome. Unfortunately, the shower had some temperature fluctuations that were a bit bothersome. Parking could also be a challenge, although it felt safe on the street nearby.
